Scope includes all the landscaping, hardscaping, irrigation, and lighting for the new Armenian Heritage Walk. This includes the trees, pavers, curbing, boulders, and flowers in the image above.

The complete revival of the "Young Meher" statue:
 

• Full restoration of the statue and four relief panels

• Existing statue base replaced with two solid granite blocks

• Repositioning the statue ~25 feet east to its final position

• Rotating the statue 90° to face east toward Armenia
